Myu decided that she needed to practice her technique earlier that morning it went along the lines of waking up fully dressed and ready for the day, grabbing her sword which was in dagger form under her pillow. Then getting out of bed and walked down to thus Arena warming up along the way. So as soon as she got there she was ready for some hacking and slicing of dummys. She of course was used to real people because that's how they trained at the temple but whatever.
